# Levels, quests, seasons, cards and the shop: rewards for using the app

Using the app earns XP, levels, badges and a place in a three-month season. The rewards are free days, access passes and bigger plan limits. Trading profit earns nothing.

- Some rewards are applied the moment you earn them: Sparks, looks, titles and the free days of a level or a season tier. The others arrive as cards, such as access passes, XP cards, boosts and extra listeners or profiles, and wait in the Inventory until you press "Use now".
- XP comes from connected days, signals, trades, quests, badges and invited friends. Profit earns nothing, and no reward changes how a trade is placed.
- Sparks buy convenience and looks. They are delivered at once and are not refundable. The boards rank only XP earned in the app.

## XP and levels
Click the level chip in the app's top bar and choose "Progression". In the R2T Desk, open "Account" and click "All progress". Your level goes from 0 to 40 and never drops. Level n needs 72 × n² XP in total up to level 11, and more from level 12 on: 7,200 XP for level 10, 172,388 XP for level 40.
What earns XP: A connected day: 11 XP on day 1 of a streak, 30 XP from day 30 on. Once a day. Signals: 1 XP each, up to 50 XP a day. Trades: 5 XP each, up to 100 XP a day. Weekly quests: 150 XP each, four a week, plus 250 XP for all four. Badges: 100 to 1,000 XP. A friend who subscribes: 500 XP.
XP is paid within seconds of what earned it, and the app and the R2T Desk follow by themselves, with no reload. Levels start with your first subscription payment. Until then you stay at level 0 and your XP still counts.
In the app, the menu under the level chip has "My public profile", "Progression", "Season", "Leaderboard", "Inventory", "Shop" and "Promotions". In the R2T Desk, "Shop" and "Inventory" are tabs of their own, and your level, the season, the boards and your look are under "Account".
Each level pays its reward once: free days at level 10 (3 days), 21 (5 days), 31 (7 days) and 36 (10 days), bigger plan limits at levels 10, 20, 30 and 40, and borders, icons and a new title along the way, from Recruit to Legend.
Level extras are permanent and add to any plan: level 10 gives +1 listener, level 20 +1 profile, level 30 +10 signals a day, and level 40 +1 profile and +1 listener.
A connected day pays 10 XP times your streak multiplier. Badges pay 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 XP by rarity. The daily quest "A signal parsed today" pays 20 XP.
First steps pay once each, 850 XP together: email verified 50, signed in to the app 50, Telegram connected 100, MetaTrader 5 connected 100, first listener 100, first signal 50, first trade 200, first subscription 200.
Someone who uses the app every day reaches level 40 in about a year. Access passes and free days do not start levels. Once you pay, your level catches up with the XP you already have.
Level-ups, badges, season tiers, new cards and Sparks arrive in the same notification list as your trades.

## Streaks, shields and quests
A streak is the number of days in a row with the app connected. It raises the connected-day XP from 11 on day 1 to 30 from day 30 on. A shield covers one missed day. Four weekly quests run Monday to Sunday, UTC.
Example: Your streak is at 12 days and you hold 2 shields. The app is off on Saturday: one shield is used and the streak goes on. The app is off on Saturday and Sunday: the streak starts again, whatever you hold. The holiday quest "Pumpkin night: 30 signals in Halloween week" (25–31 October) pays 250 XP and the Pumpkin I icon.
Quest XP is paid the moment a quest is done. Quest progress stops at its target (20 of 20), even when you read more signals that week.
The connected-day XP by streak: 11 XP on day 1, 15 on day 7, 20 on day 15 and 30 from day 30 on.
You earn one shield every 7th streak day until you hold your plan's number: 3 on Basic and the 7-day plan, 5 on Advanced, 10 on Pro. Shield cards add on top of that. A shield never covers two missed days in a row.
The weekly quests are "Connected 5 days", "20 signals parsed", "10 trades placed" and "Required stop-loss on for 3 connected days". The season quest "500 signals parsed this season" pays 1,000 XP. Dated holiday quests pay XP plus seasonal looks and cards.

## Badges, looks and your public profile
Badges are permanent and reward habits and milestones. They come in families, many with ranks, and each rank says what it gives. Your look is an icon, a border and a title. Others see it on the boards and on your public profile.
1. Open "My public profile" from the level chip in the app. In the R2T Desk, open "Account" and click "Change look".
2. Click "Change icon", "Change border" or "Change title", pick a piece you own and click "Wear".
3. For your board name click "Change name", fill in "Show me on the board as" and click "Save".
Nothing is ever put on for you: you choose what to wear, icon, border and title alike. In the R2T Desk that is under Account → "Change look".
Badge families include Streak (30, 90, 180 and 365 days), Signal reader, Belt and braces (connected days with "Require stop-loss" on), Brake fitted (days with a daily loss limit set), Connector (invited friends who subscribed) and Founder (registered before 31 December 2026 and subscribed at least once). A rank gives XP, and sometimes an icon or a title. No badge is given for profit.
Every account starts with six Trader icons and the Iron border. More come from levels, badges, seasons, season prizes, the shop and coupons. Every piece is earned or bought, never random.
Your public profile shows your board name (or a Trader number), your look, level, streak, badges and season finishes. Your email and real name are never on it. Copy its address with "Copy the share link". A board name has up to 24 characters.

## Seasons, the track and the boards
A season lasts three months. Season XP starts from zero each season, and your level and lifetime XP never reset. The track is free: each tier pays cards, Sparks or looks the moment you cross it. The boards rank XP earned in the app, and the top 25 win prizes. Levels, season track rewards, a place on the boards and season prizes start with your first paid subscription; access passes and free days don't start them. Your XP already counts, and what it has reached is handed over then; until then the Inventory lists it under "Waiting for you". Tiers not handed over by the end of the season are lost.
Season XP bought in the shop moves your track only. The boards rank what you earned in the app, so a purchase leaves your place as it is.
Autumn is August to October, winter November to January, spring February to April, summer May to July. Season XP is the XP you earn by using the app while the season runs.
Examples from a 25-tier track: tier 1 is a 500 XP card, tier 13 the season's second icon, tier 19 a "One extra listener for 30 days" card, tier 25 the third icon and 700 Sparks. A full track pays 1,850 Sparks.
The boards are "This season", "All time", "Your circle" (you, the person who invited you and the people you invited) and "Around you". When the season closes, the top 25 win prizes by bracket: champion, top 3, top 10 and top 25. Each place takes its own bracket, and nothing stacks. What the tiers paid during the season is already yours.
To stay off the boards, open Account in the app, or "Account" and then "All progress" in the R2T Desk, find "On the boards" and untick "List me on the public boards". Hidden means no public profile, no place on the boards and no season prizes. You still climb your own track and receive every tier's rewards.

## The Inventory and cards
Cards wait in your Inventory until you use them. A card works from the moment you use it and runs for its own days. Cards that raise the same plan limit add up.
1. Click the level chip in the app and choose "Inventory". In the R2T Desk, open the "Inventory" tab.
2. Click "Use now" on the card.
3. Read the message if one appears, for example that an access pass below your plan starts after your paid period, and confirm.
How cards add up: You have +1 profile with 20 days left and use another "One extra profile for 30 days": +2 profiles for 20 days, then +1 for the 10 days the new card still has. You have +1 profile with 20 days left and use "+2 profiles for 30 days": +3 for 20 days, then +2 for the 10 days the new card still has. You have "+10 signals a day" running and use "Double the signal quota for 7 days": both count, (plan + level extras + 10) × 2.
Using a card is final, and cards stay with the account that received them. A card with a "Use by" date leaves the Inventory when that date passes.
XP cards are 500 to 2,000 XP. XP boosts are Double or Triple XP for 3 or 7 days and XP amplifiers +1, +2 or +3 for 14 or 30 days; boosts running together count up to ×30. Shield cards hold one or three streak shields.
Plan extras are one extra profile or listener for 30 or 90 days (also +2 and +3), +10, +25 or +50 signals a day for 30 days, "Double the signal quota" for 7 days, 30 days or a season, +10, +25 or +50 open positions for 30 days, and 10, 20 or 30 extra dry runs this month. Amplifiers +1, +2 or +3 for signals, dry runs or open positions run 30 days and multiply what your "+N" cards add.
Plan time comes as free days, a "Trial day · Basic", or an access pass of 5 to 30 days at Basic, Advanced or Pro.
Every card runs from the moment you use it and ends on its own date: nothing waits its turn, and cards for the same limit add up. A "×N" card multiplies the whole limit. Access passes are the exception: they run one after another, and you can change the order of the ones that wait.
Free days extend a running subscription: the renewal date moves later and nothing is charged. Without a subscription they wait for your next checkout and become a trial there, with a payment card on file. An access pass gives access at its plan with no subscription.
You get one "A card runs out soon" notice when less than 72 hours are left before a "Use by" date. After you confirm, the page says the card was applied.

## Sparks, the shop and packages
Sparks are the in-app currency. You earn them on the season track, at the season close, on the invite ladder and from coupons, and you can buy them. The shop has three sections: "The season", "Convenience" and "Looks". It always shows the current prices.
Prices: Packages, in EUR with VAT included: An ember, 500 Sparks for 4.99 €. A handful, 1,200 for 9.99 €. A pouch, 2,600 for 19.99 €. A chest, 6,000 for 39.99 €. A vault, 16,000 for 99.99 €. Your first package costs 10% less. In Sparks: one extra profile or listener for 30 days 600. +10 signals a day 500. 10 extra dry runs 450. A streak shield 80. Plan time is priced from your own plan: 7 free days cost 940 Sparks on Basic, 1,640 on Advanced and 2,340 on Pro.
Sparks are delivered the moment the payment settles, so they are not refundable. Plan time costs less paid directly: 16,000 Sparks (99.99 €) buy 48 days of Pro, and 99.99 € pays for 60.
A full season track pays 1,850 Sparks, and the season close pays Sparks to the top 25. The invite ladder pays 200 Sparks for every third friend who subscribes, plus 1–5% of the Sparks packages your friends buy. Campaigns and coupons pay Sparks too.
In the app, "Shop" is in the level chip menu. In the R2T Desk it is the "Shop" tab. "The season" sells season XP for your track and "Convenience" sells cards. Prices can change.
More prices in Sparks: +25 or +50 signals a day 1,000 or 1,900. 20 or 30 extra dry runs 800 or 1,100. +10, +25 or +50 open positions 200, 350 or 500. Double XP for 3 or 7 days 500 or 1,000. Looks 250 to 3,500 by rarity.
The 10% off your first package applies whichever size you buy, at checkout, by itself.
Shop discount cards take a percentage off Sparks prices, for one purchase or for a number of days. One discount applies per purchase, and they are never added up. Plan time (free days, access passes) is never discounted. Free days in the shop need a running subscription ("Needs a subscription"). An access pass does not.
By paying you ask for immediate delivery, which is why Sparks and what they buy are not refundable, and they stay with your account. If a package is refunded or charged back anyway, its Sparks come off your balance, even below zero, and purchases wait until the balance covers the price again.

## Invite a friend
Your friend pays 20% less on the first payment of a monthly subscription: the 10% welcome offer every new account gets, plus 10% for being invited, when they subscribe within 30 days. A friend counts for you once they pay for a subscription.
1. On the website open Account, then "Invite a friend", and click "Copy link".
2. Your friend registers through the link, or types your code in "Invite code (optional)" on the registration form.
3. When they subscribe you receive 500 XP. Every third subscribed friend adds 200 Sparks.
The invite ladder: 1 friend: the Connector badge, rank I, and 1% of the Sparks packages your friends buy. 3 friends: 250 XP and Connector II. 10 friends: 1,000 XP, one extra profile for good, Connector III and a 2% share. 25, 50 and 100 friends: 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 XP, and a share of 3%, 4% and 5%. With 12 subscribed friends, a friend who buys "A chest" (6,000 Sparks) brings you 120 Sparks.
The invite code is entered at registration and cannot be added afterwards. If a friend's first payment is refunded, that friend no longer counts and the Sparks of that rung are taken back.
The link is remembered for 30 days. Your code is on the "Invite a friend" page, next to "Your code:". Free days, trial days and access passes do not make a friend count.

## Promotions, coupons, offers and the newsletter
Coupons give items: cards, Sparks, looks, badges or plan time. Money off a subscription comes from offers. They wait on your account and apply by themselves at checkout, with no code to type. The Promotions page, on the website and in the app, shows what is running now.
1. Open Promotions and find "Redeem a coupon".
2. Type the code and click "Redeem". If the page warns you, choose "Redeem anyway" or "Not now".
3. Cards go to your Inventory. When the page says "Use by", use the card before that date.
The launch offer "One free day, on us" gives every account that verifies its email a "Trial day · Basic" card. It starts when you use it from the Inventory.
The Promotions page is open to everyone on the website and is "Promotions" in the app. It has "Redeem a coupon", "Your coupons", "Running now" with what each one gives and how many are left, "Invite friends, earn Sparks" and "Post about us, win a month of Pro".
The welcome offer is 10% off the first payment of a monthly subscription for every confirmed account; yearly plans are already two months free and take no discount. The friend discount adds 10% for invited accounts within 30 days. The first time you reach a limit of your plan you get one offer, once: 10% off moving to a monthly plan that holds more, or 10% off a 30-day extra for that limit in the shop, whichever you use first, within 30 days.
A coupon code typed at sign-up is applied after you verify your email.
Product news by email is sent only if you ticked it under Account, "Email preferences". Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and the ones you received are listed under "Newsletters you received". Unsubscribing stops newsletters only. Account, billing, security and support emails continue.

## Common setups
- I received a free days card → Progression → Inventory → the card → Use now; With a subscription: the renewal date moves later; Without one: the days wait for your next checkout (Free days extend a subscription. For access with no subscription, use an access pass or a "Trial day · Basic".)
- I want one more listener than my plan runs → Reach level 10 → +1 listener for good; or Shop → Convenience → One extra listener for 30 days (600 Sparks); or Account → Licence → a plan that holds more (Level extras and cards add to your plan's limit. Tier 19 of a 25-tier season track pays the same card.)
- I have a coupon code → Promotions → Redeem a coupon → type the code → Redeem; Progression → Inventory → use the cards before their "Use by" date (Coupons give items. Discounts on the subscription come from offers and apply by themselves at checkout.)
- I want my friends to get a discount → Account → Invite a friend → Copy link; Your friend registers through the link and subscribes within 30 days (They pay 20% less on the first payment. You get 500 XP per subscribed friend, 200 Sparks for every third.)
- I want more XP every day → Keep the app connected every day: the streak multiplier reaches ×3 on day 30; Progression → This week's quests → finish the four weekly quests (150 XP each, +250 for all four); Inventory → Double XP for 7 days → Use now, before a busy week (Daily caps make steady use beat one big day. A boost multiplies the XP you earn while it runs.)
- I will be away for a day and want to keep my streak → Progression → Streak → check your shields; Shop → Convenience → A streak shield (80 Sparks) when you hold none (One shield covers one missed day. Two missed days in a row start the streak again, whatever you hold.)
- I want a better place on the board → Use the app every day of the season; Finish the weekly quests and the season quest; Account → On the boards → List me on the public boards → on (The boards rank XP earned in the app. Season XP from the shop moves your track only.)
- I want to stay private → Account → On the boards → List me on the public boards → off (No public profile, no place on the boards and no season prizes. Your track and its rewards continue.)
- I want two extra profiles at the same time → Shop → Convenience → +2 profiles for 30 days (1,100 Sparks) (Two "One extra profile for 30 days" cards used together also give +2, for 1,200 Sparks. The +2 card costs less.)
- I want to spend Sparks sensibly → Shop → Convenience → extras for the limit you reach; Pay for plan time directly on Account → Licence (Plan time costs more in Sparks: 16,000 Sparks (99.99 €) buy 48 days of Pro, 99.99 € pays for 60.)

## Common pitfalls
- "I received a card and nothing changed." — A card starts when you use it: click "Use now" in the Inventory and confirm. It then runs for its own days, next to any other card.
- "I have XP but I am still level 0." — Levels start with your first subscription payment. Your XP already counts and your level catches up the moment you pay.
- "I was connected all day and got no XP." — XP is paid within seconds. A connected day is paid once, when the app first reports that day, and more hours add nothing. Signals pay up to 50 XP a day and trades up to 100 XP.
- "I typed a coupon to get money off my subscription." — Coupons give items such as cards and Sparks. Money off comes from an offer on your account, applied by itself at checkout. The checkout has no promotion code box.
- "I bought season XP and my place on the board stayed the same." — Bought season XP moves your track and pays its tiers. The boards rank XP earned in the app, so a purchase leaves them unchanged.
- "I had shields and my streak still started again." — A shield covers one missed day. After two or more missed days in a row the streak starts again.
- "My Sparks balance is negative." — A Sparks package was refunded or charged back after its Sparks had been spent, so they came off the balance. Purchases work again once the balance covers the price.

Q: Does Relay2Trade reward trading profit?
A: No. XP, levels, badges and boards reward using the app: connected days, signals read, trades placed, quests and invited friends. Profit and loss earn nothing, and nothing in the game changes how trades are placed.

Q: Can I buy a higher place on the Relay2Trade leaderboard?
A: No. The boards rank XP earned in the app. Season XP bought in the shop moves your reward track only.

Q: Are Sparks refundable?
A: No. Sparks are delivered the moment the payment settles, and by paying you ask for that immediate delivery, so Sparks and what they buy are not refundable. Subscription payments have their own refund rules.

Q: Do my level and XP reset every season?
A: No. Season XP starts from zero every three months. Your lifetime XP and your level never reset.

Q: Does Remote control have to be on for XP to count?
A: No. The app sends a daily ping with counts only, which keeps your level, streak and quests moving even with the sync switches off.

Q: How do I get free days on my subscription?
A: Levels 10, 21, 31 and 36 pay 3, 5, 7 and 10 free days, and some season tiers pay free days too. These are applied the moment you earn them. Free days from the shop arrive as a card: use it from the Inventory. Either way the days extend a running subscription, or wait for your next checkout.
