# Levels, seasons and the shop

How Relay2Trade rewards using the app: XP and levels, streaks and quests, badges and looks, seasons with their track and boards, cards in the Inventory, Sparks and the shop, and inviting friends.

## The short version

Using the app earns XP. XP builds a level that never resets and, at the same time, a place in a three-month season with a free reward track and public boards. The rewards are free days, access passes, bigger plan limits for a while, Sparks and looks. Trading profit earns nothing, and no reward changes how a trade is placed. Every plan has the same game.

Where to find it:

- **In the Desk:** Account opens with your level card: "Change look", "All progress", your streak, Sparks, shields, badges and the running season ("Open the season"). The Shop and the Inventory have tabs of their own.
- **In the app:** click the level chip in the top bar for "My public profile", "Progression", "Season", "Leaderboard", "Inventory", "Shop" and "Promotions".

Level-ups, badges, season tiers, new cards and Sparks arrive in the same notification list as your trades.

## What earns XP

| What | XP |
|---|---|
| A day with the app connected | 11 on the first day of a streak, rising to 30 from day 30 on; once a day |
| A signal read | 1 each, up to 50 a day |
| A trade placed | 5 each, up to 100 a day |
| A weekly quest | 150 each, four a week, plus 250 for all four (the clean sweep) |
| The daily quest "A signal parsed today" | 20 |
| The season quest "500 signals parsed this season" | 1,000 |
| A badge | 100, 250, 500 or 1,000, by rarity |
| A friend who subscribes through your invite | 500 |

The first steps pay once each, 850 XP together: email verified 50, signed in to the app 50, Telegram connected 100, MetaTrader 5 connected 100, first listener 100, first signal 50, first trade 200, first subscription 200.

- XP is paid within seconds, and the app and the Desk follow by themselves.
- Days are UTC days. A connected day is paid once, when the app first reports that day; more hours add nothing.
- Two computers or several profiles share one account's day and its daily caps.
- XP counts with "Remote control" and the sync switches off: the app sends a daily count, which keeps your level, streak and quests moving.
- "History" on your level card lists every XP movement, newest first.

## Levels

Your level goes from 0 to 40 and never drops. Level n needs 72 × n² XP in total up to level 11, and more from level 12 on: 7,200 XP for level 10 and 172,388 XP for level 40. Someone who uses the app every day reaches level 40 in about a year. Titles run from Recruit to Legend.

Each level pays its reward once:

- **Free days:** 3 at level 10, 5 at level 21, 7 at level 31 and 10 at level 36. They extend a running subscription, or wait for your next plan.
- **Plan extras, for good:** level 10 adds one listener, level 20 one profile, level 30 ten signals a day, level 40 one profile and one listener. They add to any plan.
- **Looks:** borders, icons and new titles along the way.

Levels start with your first subscription payment. Until then you stay at level 0, your XP still counts, and your level catches up the moment you pay. Access passes and free days alone do not start levels. Level rewards are handed over while your account has a subscription or an access pass running; levels reached without one wait for you, with no deadline.

## Streaks and shields

A streak is the number of days in a row with the app connected. It raises the connected-day XP from 11 on day 1 to 15 on day 7, 20 on day 15 and 30 from day 30 on.

- A shield covers one missed day, and the streak goes on.
- You earn a shield on every 7th streak day until you hold your plan's number: 3 on the 7-day plan, 3 on Basic, 5 on Advanced, 10 on Pro.
- Shield cards (one or three shields) add on top of that number. Shields are kept until a missed day uses one.
- Two missed days in a row start the streak again, whatever you hold.

## Quests

Four weekly quests run Monday to Sunday, UTC: "Connected 5 days", "20 signals parsed", "10 trades placed" and "Required stop-loss on for 3 connected days". Each pays 150 XP, and all four in one week pay 250 XP more. Quest XP is paid the moment a quest is done, and progress stops at its target (20 of 20).

There is also a daily quest, a season quest, and dated holiday quests that pay XP plus seasonal looks and cards, for example "Pumpkin night: 30 signals in Halloween week".

## Badges

Badges are permanent and reward habits and milestones, never profit. They come in families, many with ranks, and each rank says what it gives ("Gives:"): XP by rarity, and sometimes an icon or a title. Families include Streak (30, 90, 180 and 365 days), Signal reader, Belt and braces (connected days with "Require stop-loss" on), Brake fitted (days with a daily loss limit set), Connector (invited friends who subscribed) and Founder (registered before 31 December 2026 and subscribed at least once).

## Looks and your public profile

Your look is an icon, a border and a title. Others see it on the boards and on your public profile.

1. In the Desk, open Account and press "Change look" (in the app, "My public profile" from the level chip).
2. Tap a look to try it on, then "Wear it" to keep it.
3. To choose your board name, open Account → Your details, fill in "Show me on the board as" under "On the boards" (up to 24 characters) and press "Save". In the app it is "Change name" on your public profile. Left empty, you appear as a Trader number.

Every account starts with six Trader icons and the Iron border. More come from levels, badges, seasons, season prizes, the shop and coupons. Every piece is earned or bought, never random, and stays yours. "Still to earn" in the Looks screen lists what the ladder, this season's track and the shop still hold for you.

Your public profile shows your board name, look, level, streak, badges and season finishes. Your email and real name are never on it. "Copy the share link" copies its address.

## Hiding yourself from the boards

1. In the Desk, open Account → Your details (in the app, the Account page).
2. Under "On the boards", switch off "List me on the public boards".

Hidden means no public profile, no place on the boards and no season prizes. You still climb your own track and receive every tier's rewards. Switch it back on before a season closes to take a place in it.

## Seasons and the season track

A season lasts three months: autumn is August to October, winter November to January, spring February to April, summer May to July. Each season has its own name, theme and looks.

- **Season XP** is what you earn by using the app while the season runs: connected days, signals, trades, quests and invites. XP from first steps, badges and rewards (XP cards, tiers, prizes) and corrections from support do not count for the season. Season XP starts from zero each season; your level and lifetime XP never reset.
- **The track** is free. Each tier pays its reward the moment your season XP crosses it: Sparks, looks and free days apply at once, cards go to your Inventory. On a 25-tier track, for example, tier 1 is a 500 XP card, tier 19 a "One extra listener for 30 days" card and tier 25 the season's third icon and 700 Sparks. A full track pays 1,850 Sparks.
- Season XP bought in the shop moves your track only.
- Track rewards are handed over once your account has had a paid subscription, while a subscription or an access pass is running. Tiers reached and not handed over by the end of the season are lost.
- In the last days of a season, a notice says how far the next tier is.

## Boards and prizes

The boards rank XP earned in the app, never profit:

- **"This season"**: season XP.
- **"All time"**: lifetime XP.
- **"Your circle"**: you, the person who invited you and the people you invited.
- **"Around you"**: the players just above and below you.

Only accounts that have had a paid subscription are ranked and win prizes. When a season closes, the top 25 win prizes by bracket: champion, top 3, top 10 and top 25. Each place takes its own bracket's prizes and nothing stacks; the season page lists them under "Prizes". What the tiers paid during the season is already yours. Season XP bought in the shop moves your track, not your place on a board; an XP boost card, bought or earned, makes the XP you earn count more, and that XP counts on the boards like any other.

## Cards and the Inventory

Some rewards apply the moment you earn them: Sparks, looks, titles and the free days of a level or a season tier. Others arrive as cards and wait in the Inventory until you use them.

1. Open the Inventory tab in the Desk (in the app, "Inventory" from the level chip).
2. Press "Use now" on the card ("Use all …" uses every copy of the same card).
3. If a message appears, read it and confirm. An access pass below your paid plan, for example, runs after your paid period ends, and your plan's features pause during it.

The kinds of cards:

- **XP:** XP cards of 500 to 2,000 XP; XP boosts "Double XP" or "Triple XP" for 3 or 7 days; XP amplifiers +1, +2 or +3 for 14 or 30 days. Boosts running together count up to ×30.
- **Streak shields:** one or three.
- **Plan extras:** one extra profile or listener for 30 or 90 days (also +2 and +3); +10, +25 or +50 signals a day for 30 days; "Double the signal quota" for 7 days, 30 days or a season; +10, +25 or +50 open positions for 30 days; 10, 20 or 30 extra dry runs this month; amplifiers +1, +2 or +3 for signals, dry runs or open positions, for 30 days.
- **Plan time:** free days, a "Trial day · Basic", or an access pass of 5 to 30 days at Basic, Advanced or Pro.
- **Shop discounts:** a percentage off Sparks prices in the shop, for one purchase or for a number of days.

How they work:

- A card runs from the moment you use it and ends on its own date. Cards for the same limit add up, and nothing waits its turn.
- An amplifier makes the "+N" cards of its limit count more; with no "+N" card running it adds nothing until one starts. A "×N" card multiplies the whole limit.
- Access passes are the exception: they run one after another. "Run earlier" and "Run later" change the order of the ones waiting.
- Using a card is final, and cards stay with the account that received them.
- A card with a "Use by" date leaves the Inventory when that date passes. You get "A card runs out soon" when less than 72 hours are left.
- When a plan extra ends, a notice says so ("Your … ended"), and the app holds what runs to your plan's numbers again.

Examples:

- You have +1 profile with 20 days left and use another "One extra profile for 30 days": +2 profiles for 20 days, then +1 for the 10 days the new card still has.
- You have "+10 signals a day" running and use "Double the signal quota for 7 days": (plan + level extras + 10) × 2 signals a day.

## Sparks

Sparks are the in-app currency.

- **Earned:** on the season track, at the season close (the top 25), on the invite ladder, and from campaigns and coupons.
- **Bought** in packages, in EUR with VAT included: An ember, 500 Sparks for 4.99 €; A handful, 1,200 Sparks for 9.99 €; A pouch, 2,600 Sparks for 19.99 €; A chest, 6,000 Sparks for 39.99 €; A vault, 16,000 Sparks for 99.99 €. The bigger the pile, the more Sparks per euro. Your first package costs 10% less, whichever size, and the discount comes off by itself.
- Bought Sparks land the moment the payment settles, usually within seconds, and an invoice is emailed. By paying you ask for that immediate delivery, so Sparks and what they buy are not refundable.
- Bought Sparks do not expire while your account exists. "Sparks history" lists every movement.
- If a package is refunded or charged back anyway, its Sparks come off your balance, even below zero, and purchases wait until the balance covers the price again.

## The shop

Open the Shop tab in the Desk (in the app, "Shop" from the level chip). It always shows the current prices, and it has three sections:

- **"The season":** season XP for your track, or every tier still ahead of you at once. The board does not move.
- **"Convenience":** cards that land in your Inventory: plan extras, XP boosts, streak shields, free days and access passes.
- **"Looks":** icons, borders and titles no season hands out. One of each, yours for good.

The shop in the Desk shows each item's price in Sparks; prices change with the items on offer.

Free days in the shop are priced from your own plan, so they cost more Sparks on Advanced and Pro than on Basic; the shop shows each price. Plan time costs less paid directly than through Sparks.

To buy, press "Buy" and confirm "Spend … Sparks on …?". A row you cannot buy says why:

- "Owned": a look you already have.
- "Not enough": you need more Sparks; "Get Sparks" opens the packages.
- "Needs a subscription": free days extend a running subscription, and season tiers pay out only to accounts that have had a paid subscription and have a subscription or access pass running. An access pass needs no subscription.
- "Track complete": nothing is left to buy on this season's track.
- "Limit reached": you have bought as many as the shop allows.

Shop discount cards take a percentage off Sparks prices. One discount applies per purchase, and they never add up. Plan time (free days, access passes) is never discounted. The first time you reach a plan limit, a 10% discount on that limit's extras is waiting for you in the shop; see https://relay2trade.com/help/plans-licence-billing.md.

## Inviting friends

Share your invite link or code from Account → Invite friends in the Desk. A friend who subscribes through it pays less on their first payment, and each subscribed friend earns you XP and, at the rungs of the invite ladder, Sparks, badges, a share of their Sparks purchases and, at ten friends, an extra profile for good. The details and the whole ladder: https://relay2trade.com/help/promotions-and-invites.md.

## Gifts and transfers

Sparks, cards, looks and other items are personal to your account. They cannot be sold, given, lent or moved to another account. To give a friend something, share your invite link: their discount and your rewards come from it.

## If something goes wrong

- **I received a card and nothing changed.** A card starts when you use it: press "Use now" in the Inventory and confirm.
- **I have XP but I am still level 0.** Levels start with your first subscription payment. Your XP already counts, and your level catches up the moment you pay.
- **I was connected all day and got little XP.** A connected day is paid once, by your streak (11 XP on day 1). Signals pay up to 50 XP a day and trades up to 100.
- **My level reward or season tier has not arrived.** Rewards are handed over while a subscription or an access pass is running. Level rewards wait with no deadline; season tiers wait until the season ends.
- **I bought season XP and my place on the board stayed the same.** Bought season XP moves your track only. The boards rank XP earned in the app.
- **I had shields and my streak still started again.** A shield covers one missed day; two or more missed days in a row start the streak again.
- **My amplifier changed nothing.** An amplifier makes the "+N" cards of its limit count more. Use a "+N" card for that limit and it starts working.
- **A card disappeared from my Inventory.** Its "Use by" date passed.
- **I cannot buy free days.** They extend a running subscription ("Needs a subscription"). An access pass works without one.
- **I paid for Sparks and they have not arrived.** They land when the payment settles, usually within seconds. If they are still missing, write to Support in the Desk.
- **My Sparks balance is negative.** A package was refunded or charged back after its Sparks were spent. Purchases work again once the balance covers the price.
- **I am not on the board.** Check "List me on the public boards" under Account → Your details, and that your account has had a paid subscription.
