The desktop app keeps its entire configuration locally, on your device: broker account credentials, Discord/Telegram/WhatsApp logins, and every setting. None of it ever reaches our servers.
To interpret a signal, the app may send the text of a message from a group you configured to an AI service, strictly to extract the trade details. That transmission starts from your device, for groups you chose, and we do not store those messages.
Contract performance (providing the license), legal obligations (invoicing and fiscal archiving, for the period required by accounting law — currently 5 years), and legitimate interest (service security). Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Stripe (payments), our transactional email provider, and our hosting provider — each processing only on our instructions.
Access, rectification, erasure (within legal retention limits), restriction, portability, objection — write to [email protected]. You may also complain to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), the Romanian supervisory authority.
You can delete your account directly from your account page. Deletion permanently removes your login, license and personal data from the app, cancels any active subscription immediately, and anonymizes your customer record in our invoicing system. Invoices already issued cannot be deleted: accounting and fiscal law requires us to archive them — that legal obligation is the basis for keeping them (GDPR art. 17(3)(b)).
If you join the launch list we process your email address and language preference, based on consent, solely for the confirmation message and the launch announcement. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; on unsubscribe the address is removed from the list immediately.
