Relay2Trade is a personal automation desktop application, free to download; using it requires an active license, sold as a subscription (weekly, monthly, or 3-month). The app is the functional equivalent of a script the user could write themselves: it runs exclusively on the user's device, under the user's control, reads messages from signal groups the user chooses (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp), extracts trade details using AI (entry, stop-loss, take-profit), and submits the resulting long/short orders to the user's own MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account, within the limits the user sets. The app works with any instrument available on the user's MT5 broker platform.
The provider sells an automation software tool and nothing else. The provider places no trades for anyone, has no access to the user's broker account or credentials, is not a broker, does not manage portfolios, does not hold user funds, does not issue trading signals, and does not provide investment advice. Signals come from third-party sources chosen by the user, and every order is the result of the user's own configuration on the user's own device; the user bears full responsibility for source selection, app configuration, and trading outcomes. No result is guaranteed. Trading on margin carries a high risk of loss.
An account with a confirmed email address is required. The account is personal and non-transferable; the user is responsible for keeping credentials safe.
Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe; the fiscal invoice is issued by Delvarom Systems S.R.L. and emailed on every charge. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancellation is available at any time from the account (billing portal); access continues until the end of the paid period.
Under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the first purchase. By activating the license immediately, the user expressly requests performance during the withdrawal period; on withdrawal, the refund is proportional to the unused part of the period. Automatic renewals do not open a new withdrawal window. Requests go to [email protected].
Prohibited: circumventing licensing, account sharing, and using the app in violation of law or of third-party platforms' terms (your broker, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp). The provider may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited to the license fees paid in the last 12 months. The provider is not liable for trading losses, for the content of third-party signals, for unavailability of third-party platforms or brokers, or for the user's configuration choices. Nothing in these terms limits consumers' statutory rights.
